Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, which was great for us as we had a young child with us, but unfortunately, they felt too small. The service was a bit hit and miss, with an introduction to Almacen tango being a highlight, but some staff interactions fell short. The location was a blend of convenience between Recoleta District and Puerto Madero, but safety concerns marred it due to its proximity to a risky neighborhood. Dining options were varied and impressive in the Club Lounge, but overall not up to par for a 5-star hotel.
The hotel offers average rooms that are clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The service was pleasant, but there were some unsmiling and unhelpful staff members. The location, though convenient for the cruise terminal, has safety concerns due to the nearby dangerous neighborhood. The dining experience was great with a variety of food offerings. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
I was led to believe I was in a top hotel but turned out to be in a really outdated place stuck in the 80s. The room, though big and comfortable, had extremely dated furniture that seemed straight out of a high school in the 40s. Despite its age, it was cozy enough for us.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was a bit of a letdown with mould on the walls, ripped wallpaper, and a long walk from the elevators. On the bright side, the room had a sofa and dining table. The service was generally nice, but I experienced long lines at check-in and check-out. The hotel staff was helpful in providing excursion and shopping tips. The location was a mixed bag, with a great central position between Recoleta District and Puerto Madero, but near a dangerous area known as Villa 31. Dining was mediocre with limited options, and the facilities were average.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with spacious and clean rooms, despite some issues with the shower. The location is convenient but could benefit from some updates. The service is polite and helpful, with some improvements needed. The dining experience is pleasant with room for enhancement.
